Me with Media Player 9

CPU/Ram: Pentium 4. 256mb?

Media Player 9 will not recognise i-river 140 and allow copying of files/folders to the device. Do I need Windows xp to run Media Player 9.

There is a specific Media Player 9 version for Windows ME.Good luck.

But I would recommend sticking with a lower version if you can to avoid digital rights management.
