Comment:
When I go to Windows Explorer, I am not able to get the left hand pane for "All Folders" all it shows there is a grey area. The Search and History show up OK but not the folders and that is the one that I would like the most. Any help to rectify the problem would be greatly apreciated as this is driving me CRAZY!! Thanks, Diane

When you open WE, go to the toolbar and click on folders. It should open up the left side your looking for.

Does the WE have a toolbar with folders on it? I have Windows Me too and just checked and mine does open normal. Maybe you need to customise the folder? Do you have it set up to open like a web page? Sorry, I'm out of ideas. Cyndy
