Trying to connect to a remote Windows 2000 network. I get a connection, but am unable to see the servers shared drive in the network places folder .... anyone help???

could be any number of things, post your configuration as well as the confuration/topology of the nw that you are trying to connect to.

What configuration settings do you need to know?? May I say that I have successfully connected 2x win 98 machines to this network already - it's just the ME machine that is causing the problem. Question .... will any of AOL's settings conflict and cause a problem, as this machine is the only one with AOL installed - there seems to be a lot of items in the network configurations!
