i thought Microsoft releases services packs with updates and hotfixes for all versions of Windows (except maybe 3.11 or 98SE because i could only find an "unofficial" service poack for 98SE). Why would they not release updates and hotfixes for ME as well? Argue for your limitations and sure enough, they're yours.

I don't think there ever was one - of course there were the usual host of updates and fixes. Much like 98, ME is old news and is reaching its 'end of life' (extended to Jun-30-2006 I've heard) M$ Updates Work in Progress Also have a look here Do Not Click

The only one I am aware of that came out during that period of time is the Windows Update Internet Pack which included Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 and internet tools
