ME not recohnizing Network Printer

Hi, I have network of about 4 computers and a printer. All 4 computers have different OS XP pro, ME, Pro 2000, and NT 4.0 Workstation and HP LaserJet 8100DN printer all hooked on the network using Linksys 6 port ADSL/ Cable Router. All the machine can accept the connection and print accept ME.
Tried to install the driver locally but still will not print all. How can setup the ME for it to use printer IP, because all computer are connected to the printer using IP, except for ME…. Please help
