me file sharing virus?

I'm on a network here at school, and I think a virus is spreading around but im not sure... what happens is that whenever i reboot my computer all my drives will be on full share, and i unshare them.. but then when i reboot it happens again, also alot of microsoft outlook files just appear in random places on my hard drive, some other people in my dorm are having this same problem. any ideas on how to fix this? i tried norton, but it didnt help :(
