Comment:

When boot up it goes into the screen that offers safe mode and such. When attempt safe mode it just keeps cycling. Have tried all the different options on the recovery disk and nothing. Any help in what I should try next? The computer is out of warranty. Can I still call the manufacturer and have them help me for a price? What is the price? Or should I call Microsoft? I think this happened after anti virus was installed.
