ME autologin to novell from windows logi

I have novell client v3.21 loaded with ME. I get onto the network and everything works. I tried to set up location profiles for my two offices and when I log in from the bootup I don't get my locations, but if I cancel and pull up the login from the system tray, I get the locations? Anyone have a solution? The login is also backwards, windows comes up before novell. Novell is set to my primary client.
