Just as clarificaiton, it is specified in 1000's of bytes.
And, in you are not running Win95 and do not have more than 512MBs installed, restricting the cache is not a good idea. (as Adrian's benchmarks confirmed)

I messed around with these settings in WinMe and in my opinion it was a waste of time . I never seen any noticable differance in the performance of my PC. I recomend you leave these settings alone and let Windows control them. IMHO, Good Luck ,Nick

well, I need to set manually cache size, as I really don't know why but winblows uses all the ram in blaze! only way to solve that is resizing cache... :(
