PLEASE HELP!!!!! I am trying to open my windows "help" option from "start - help" and it tells me that it cannot find the marscore.dll file. I contacted Dell and got the marscore.dll file downloaded and tried pasting to c:\windows and c:\ Neither of these things worked. Any suggestions or does anyone know where this .dll file needs to go?????? Microsoft won't help without a hefty fee and dell tells me I can just reinstall my OS. Not an option for me................
