Making Desktop icons transparent

Hi! does anyone knows how to make the icons wordings on the desktop transparent instead of a colored 'background'...reason is cuz' i have a wallpaper and the icons look ugly with the rectangular coloured background.

I've tried lots of different programs and this is the only one I could get to work right. Transparent42 Scroll down to where is says desktop, ignore the OS list, it'll work.
