Ask 10 people this and get 9 different answers,I run the maintenance Wizard Manually every morning, but first I run clean sweep, clean out the history folder, also *.tmp, check reg-clean,check add/remove pro for anything left over from an un-install,then empty the recycle bin, I like to do all these things manually but i'm retired so i have lots of time. Some say every week some say once a month is enough, you will get a lot of opinions on this.
