Lower half of picture printing purple

Hewitt Packard 810 printer.

When printing black & white, the lower half of the picture prints purple. I thought I was running out of ink & got a new cartridge only to find it printed the same way.


Anyone have a clue? Help!

Try doing a clean of your nozzle - there should be a button to that effect when you right click on your printer and select PROPERTIES. It's possible that one of your nozzles is blocked. Just an idea...

Try cleaning ure printer ... Check if theres a leak or leftovers ...
