I have had webshots on my computer for about a month. Don't know if what just happened was due to webshots or something else, but when I moved my mouse to get the screen saver off the monitor, it had the curser with an hour glass thing, like it was waiting on a program. I didn't have any open programs, but I couldn't open anything. And then my background started changing the pictures every couple of seconds. Webshots will automatically change your wallpaper every day, but it was doing it every few seconds. I couldn't click on anything and when I tried to, it gave me a box telling me my system resources were dangerously low and to close some open programs. When I pushed ctrl. alt. delete, there were a LOT of lines saying webshots, I bet there were 30 of them and I couldn't close anything out. When I clicked end task on one of the webshots applications, I got a blue screen of death telling me windows was waiting on the close dialog box to appear, and when I would push any key to continue, I kept getting a blue screen, so I just pushed ctrl. alt. delete again to restart my computer. Does this sound like a problem with my computer or software? I already have msconfig and a lot of programs disabled from start up. Do I need to get rid of more? When windows starts, I have 77% free resources.

I forgot to add that the close dialog box had Iexplorer not responding. This was above all the entries for webshots. When i got the box telling me the system had dangerously low system resources, it asked if I wanted to close Iexplorer and I clicked yes. Could the fact that internet explorer apparently didn't close properly when I went offline have something to do with this? The last thing I did was go to webshots to see the photo of the day. Thanks for your help, guys.
