OK. I am on a gateway e-4200 on windowws me... my first problem is that i have a ATI 3D RAGE PRO AGP 2X and when i put it in and boot up the computer it hangs at the windows me screen and never starts up, i am on that computer now really need my ati cuz this one really sucks plesase help i can tell you any other stuff if you need itWindows Me

Did it originally have onboard graphics or are you just swapping video cards? If onboard, did you disable it either by changing a jumper on the board or in the BIOS...possibly both? If you're swapping cards, did you uninstall the card from Device Manager before shutting down & swapping cards?

if u say "XP sucks" then go back to macs and ur ignorance, (unless ur using a posix OS then ur ok, otherwise, go back to macs)
