Lost Hard drive space

Hi all. Need some help and i know that some one here can help. i have posted before and had good results.My new computer came with XP Pro,worked well for a while started having a lot of promlems. so i formated it but i only had 2.0 mb left it is a 80 gig hard drive. i installed Win me and it is working well i know everyone, says it is very un stable but for some reason i don't have a lot of trouble with it. i would love to have all my space back but just don't know how to do it.could some one help me i would be so greatful thanks in advance Tomd

You're saying you have only 2 MB left AFTER reformatting and installing ME? Is the 80 GB drive capacity being recognized?

yes after the format it was 2.mb or maybe i miss read it could have been 2gb. and after i installed Win Me and my Camera software it is 1.95 mb i would like to format it to fat 32 so i can regain my space. Thanks TOMD

It would seem the hard drive is 2GB FAT 16, I believe Patition Magic can convert to FAT 32 and merge partitions.
