grrrrrrrr.......
Hi, i stupidly shut off my CDRom Insert-Auto-Start feature (don't ask me how). Now when i wack a cd in the drive, the cd program doesn't startup automatically......have to browse fer the setup/start file.
Mike, my Audio CDs don't auto start now, and i went to install my Nero Software and several other auto start CDs, but no, they don't auto execute start.
the other day, a pop up message "popped up" saying something about "you should turn Auto CD Start OFF, as this may blah blah blah". So without reading the pop-up fully i stupidly clicked "OK" (not realising what i was clicking for. lol). It was from that point i must have disabled CDRom CD Auto start.
got it back Derek......right click Desktop's "My Computer"/Properties/DeviceManager/double-click CD-Rom/Settings/place tick in Auto Insert Notification
