log in many times for valid connection

I need to login several times before i have a valid connection. Many times i login as per normal but i can't access my e-mail or the internet and am then logged off with the error message that the server has logged me off. Sometimes i have a good login first up and sometimes i need to ring and loggin 3 times.

Had a similar experience...I changed access numbers to solve the problem. I dont know if this will solve yours or if it really solved mine but so far so good :)
