I was just booting up my system and got the following message "Loadqm has cause and error in unknow Loadqm will now close, can someone please tell me what that is and what i can do to fix it.

Hi Deb,
In order to prevent the loading of LoadQm at start up go in run in the start menu,type msconfig and from there go to start up and then uncheck Loadqm.Reboot.
