loadlibrary is a programming function that loads the Dynamic Link Libraries (DLL files) into memory from settings in the registry so a program can run. DLL files are the workhorses of every program installed on a computer running Windows. They non-executing executables that contain the code necessary to run the commands written in a program.
Basically, if you are getting an error stating that loadlibrary failed, pay attention to which Library failed. Do a search on your box for that file. If it is there, go to the properties of the file (right click>>properties) and use some investigative skills to determine which program on you computer the file belongs to. Uninstall and reinstall the program.
If you don't find the file, search on a good search engine (I highly recommend google.com) for the file and use some investigative skills to try to figure out what the file is or which program it belongs to.
Or you can just post your exact error message and when you are getting it here and most of us can usually point you in the correct direction.
