Jesse,

If I may join this exchange, I too am experiencing the same problem:
"lexplore has caused an error in USER.exe"
"lexplore will now close" then then a recover and return back to DESKTOP. Re-enter MSI Explorer results in:
"lexplore has caused an error in MSACM32.DLL" then
"File Name: MCSCAN32(01)+ 000194BC"
then sometimes a series of random errors:
"0E : 0028 : C1659D9C"
"0D : 0246 : 017747FB"
"0D : 0773 : 0177268B"
"0E : 0028 : C0012D2C"
These are occurring after installing "Roadrunner" thru a D-Link DI-704 Router/Switch to a HP6736 running WinME.

I too have had both errors with the locking up for months now. I also use my AOL - and have Windows ME - I am convinced it is either the combination or Road Runner but Time Warner is not. I am trying to work through them to solve this. If anyone does let me know please....Do you ever just want to throw the computer out the window? That's how bad it gets sometimes....
