Try repairing Internet Explorer. Got to Add/Remove Programs. Select Internet Explorer and Service Pack1 and click on Install/Uninstall. Select the Repair Option and let it run. It will prompt you to Restart and that shoild solve the Problem. This also works for other Internet Problems.
