Lexmark3200 dosent work with WindowsME

I have a Dell Dimension running Windows ME. I had a Lexmark3200 from before that worked with my previous Win95 system. With my new desktop however, it only prints extremely light to almost-blank pages. (I did install the appropriate drivers from Lexmark) Any clues? Anybody else been through this?
probably least painfull sollution would be a new printer, i have good experience with epson stylus 670 works good with my windows ME and also with 98...it is aboout $90 (thats just slightly more than the two ink cartridges that it uses...hehehe... and they are easy to refill) Regards Miro

Hi, I have win ME and a Lexmark 3200, and it works fine. What you have to do is REMOVE your Lexmark 3200 printer (in control panel), then first before installing REBOOT your machine. Now Reinstall the printer with the ORIGINAL CD disk. This should work. If not send me an e-mail.
