I have a problem with 3 keyboards.
1-a few numbers stopped working. I can use the number buttons on the side though.
2- I cleaned a keyboard with window cleaner being carefull not to get it too wet.I waited about a half hour then found out only a few numbers work on it now.
3-My friend cleaned his keyboard and got it a little wet with the window cleaner. Now the backspace goes forward and types the capitol figure of the bracket button. When d is typed it always types bd. there are other letter keys that type double letters and the delete is malfunctioning to.
Is there any way to reprogram these keyboards or do you think they are caput, finished, seen their days. Luckily we have two that are still working.

This is more of a Hardware question. Firstly, don't use any cleaner other than a keyboard cleaners or canned air to clean out a keyboard. The connections have probably been ruined by the liquid being sprayed into the keyboard. Buy new ones.

You're not supposed to douse the keyboard in liquid. What you should have done was spray a little on a rag, then wipe down the keyboard & keys. And as Jennifer recommended, canned air should be used. If the keyboard is really nasty, you can always remove each individual key, clean it, then pop it back in place. Plus you'd be able to thoroughly clean the area beneath the keys.

Sounds like you may have ruined 3 keyboards. If you think it's worth the time, take the keyboard(s) apart & dry the inside, then see if it works.
