I need help with a 2 problems. Firstly for no apparent reason when on Internet explorer I get the message " IExplorer has caused a problem in KERNELL32.DLL ". At this point I can no longer get on My internet and also the pop up box doesn't close and I can't bring up the close programs box either. I therefore turn my computer off and its at this point I have my next problem. My computer starts off fine then at the point it says " Windows is updating your configuration files " I reciveve the message " Windows can't update file %1 to %2 " over and over again after approx 2 - 5 hours the computer starts fine but I can no longer restart for fear of it taking this long or never starting again.
