CPU/Ram: 256 mb

We ever i boot i am getting this message:-

Loadlibrary("c:\windows\system\kernel.dll")failed;getlasterror returns 0x000001f

what does this error mean?.does it mean that i might have a virus on my comp?.can it be a serious problem.what should i do to remove it?.

try system restore.
try online scan at housecall anti virus
try up dateing your libraries dll at microsoft.

Well I have disabled system restorea few months back cause the restore folder was taking 1.4 gb ! of my hardisk.And now if i try to restore , there is no improvement.


can u tell me how to replace the system files without reinstalling windows.is there any software that could do it?.
