hello try system restore. try online scan at housecall anti virus try up dateing your libraries dll at microsoft. and check out this link http://www.all-windows.com/kernel32.html

Well I have disabled system restorea few months back cause the restore folder was taking 1.4 gb ! of my hardisk.And now if i try to restore , there is no improvement.
can u tell me how to replace the system files without reinstalling windows.is there any software that could do it?.
