kernel.dll error

I recently installed software for my digital camera. The software is called digimax and now every time I go to shut down my computer I get error that states "Digimax has caused an error in kernel.dll. Digimax will now close. What can I do to correct this prolem. I have also been recently locking up and am wondering if this is related?

You will need to report the problem to Digimax, with a list of your hardware and other programs you are running. The locking up is likely to be related.
