CD ROM does not read CD. getting error message....."auto play has caused an error in KERNEL32.DLL" I tried rescue disk,scan for virus.also trying to do system restore but system restore quits in the middle of restoration and puter re-starts and says retore unsuccesful. need help? before I do a reformat.
