When I try to open the Game Afl live 2004 it comes up with Afl 2004 has caused an error in KERNEL32.DLL Afl 2004 will now close. I have tried formatting the computer and I have no viruses but it still doesnt work.

This is the actual error that comes up. I have formatted the computer 3 times and tried windows 98 but I am now back to ME.
