Out of the blue I'm all these different kernel32.dll error messages. Is this bad memory? I have been getting occasional freeze-ups. Anything I do now, I get a different kernel32.dll message. I'm running Scandisk right now. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Make sure you run your scandisk in the safe mode. Here is a link that you might find some info on.
