Your kernel32.dll has become corrupted...you can either extract it from your windows cab files or download it from the net.....you will need to use a startup disk in order to overwrite the corrupted file...Boot from the Startup disk...CD to your Windows/System32 folder and DEL kernel32.dll then copy the new one to the same folder (get new one from cab file or net). reboot into windows and everything should be fine.
You can get the DLL from here >>>

Ndetect has caused an error in KERNEL32.exe... this same message pops up everytime i turn on my pc... then i restart, and when it boots up again, the error message is gone.

do u guys think that this is related to the update from Norton ? i started getting the error message the same day that i had the live update from norton..

Hi,
I had the same problem. Disabling AUTOMATIC live
update fixed it for me.Just means you have to run live update yourself once in awhile. I have also heard that ICQ can cause the same problem. If you have ICQ try setting it to not start up automatically and see if that helps.
