When I bring up my internet explorer I have started getting a message which says explorer has caused a kernal 32 dll error and must close. what can I do? I tried system restore but says cant do it. any help will be appreciated.
Is this only when online, or try to get online. Is the error always stating kernel32.dll. If this only happens when trying to connect, try extrating the winsock32.dll file from back up. start>run type sfc >press enter. Extract one file. winsock32.dll and wsock32.dll. After extraction restart. Should be able to connect after this. Once online update your virus scanner and run full scan.
Another thing. If you use sfc in ME, you have to uncheck pchealth and *statmgr from startup in msconfig. Reboot after, then run sfc. Recheck afterwards.

I only get this error when I try to play a few games in pogo. It just started and now is always there, es[ecially in Turbo 21, if that makes any differance?
