A JPEG is a still image and a MPEG is a movie file. Why would you want to make such a conversion or rather what are you trying to accomplish?

For what purpose did you want to change the files ? If you wanted make the files into a slideshow, Win ME 'MY PICTURES' can do this but if you wanted to save them to a running slideshow on a CD-R then this can be done with Adaptec CD Creator version 5 Platinum, and probably other writer progs.
