Java problem

I just reformated my computer today. All seemed to go well. But now im trying to log into yahoo chat and now it will not load. Everytime I get the following message pop up on the screen

Java.lang. UnsatisfiedLinkError: no msawt in shared library path

Error creating console

Does this sound familier to anyone. Any help would be appreciated.

did you go to windows update and get the latest updates
and try
http://www.microsoft.com/java/
for the latest release.

My internet is working like yahoo messanger but when I go to site chat.yahoo.com for chatting, applet doesn't start. I tried in both( java and chat 3, options available with chat)
please help me out.
