Hi there...for weeks I've been plagued with a redirected home page, a coolwebsearch bugger of a redirect...I've used all my tools daily to erase the problem, i.e. ad aware, hijack this, spybot, trojan remover, etc...I've remedied this so many times, but in the morning, when I open my browser, the redirect and pop ups are back! Is there such a thing as a timed redirect that spawns at midnight (I know...sounds silly)? I have not browsed at all since the last cleaning, but have noticed that in the morning, my browser again has been redirected to 'about:blank'. Any chance of a payload that I've missed in 'Hijack This' that would cause this? Thanks in advance!

Jon - You wouldn't happen to be plagued by the www.myexexex.com redirect, have you? If so, I was able to get rid of it with my Win Me box, having to delete a TON of registry entries. Non of the other tools could help. Regards.
