Every time I try to load the software program "Professional Home Design", it starts to load and after a short period of time an I/O error pops up, and the program stops loading. I then have to Ctl Alt Delete to get out of it. I am running windows ME. I contacted the software help line and they told me that the software would not load because I have a CD Writer. This is the only CD port that I have. Any help would be appreciated.
