an error has occurred in the script on the page. line 1174 char 1 error unspecified error code 0 url res://:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SHDOCLC.DLL/preview.deg Iwas trying to print a copy of a letter and this came up and the printer would not copy.

GO to TOOLS/INTERENET OPTIONS/ADVANCED tab, Check > "Disable Script Debugging" and, Uncheck > "Display Notification About Every Error" That should do it!

If you do not have a PostScript printer driver, you may want to do this:
1. Open up Internet Explorer. At the top, click on View>>highlight Encoding. Make sure it is set to Unicode.
