Well, It's like this......My Explorer seems to have problems displaying the pages that I request. The page that comes up is: "Action Canceled" and the address line says "res://c:\Windows\system\SHDOCLC.DLL/navcancl.htm#http://"????", ie: "msn.com", "yahoo.com".

What can I do about this?? anybody.

Sounds like you're not connected to the internet.
Have you changed anything lately?
Do you connect via DSL, or dialup?
Have a look in internet options from the control panel.
Also check your local area connection. More specifically. You TCP/IP properties.

More info needed.
Have you 'upgraded' your ISP connection?
Can you ping the sites you can't connect to?

*Did/do you have Kazaa? Uninstalled it,maybe? Scanned for and/or removed any spyware?

A Google WEB and GROUPS search for res://c:\Windows\system\SHDOCLC.DLL/navcancl.htm#http:// yields plenty of reading...no definitive solution that I could find.
