Internet explorer messed up,.

My internet explorer doesnt work. When i click on the icon it says. After clicking ok it brings me to this. I went to tools & found this i then tried to reinstall IE6 but this came up. after restarting, the istallation load but at the end it said something like. "Setup was unable to install all the components. Please close all applications and try running Setup again." PLEASE HELP

Control Panell > Add/Remove...select Internet Explorer from the list, then use the Repair option
