Internet connection sharing trouble

hi, i have set up internet connection sharing on this computer which is running on Windows ME to allow access on another computer running XP but after ICS is enabled on this computer it dials up but nothing loads up it just loads forever and it comes back when i disable ICS and when i check in network adapters when ICS is enabled it has internet connection shring listed but has a ! in a yallow circle and when i click properties it has this message: The NDIS.VDX deviuce loader(s) for this device could not load the device driver(code 2)
