My internet explorer and aol now crash whenever I try to log on either on DSL modem or regular Dial-up. Also, a Rundll32 error comes up whenever I boot up. Here are the details:
RUNDLL32 caused an invalid page fault in
module at 0000:00790f31.

Before I reload Windows 98, could somebody help me with the following:
1. Do you know how to correct the Rundll32 error and is it related to my internet connection problems?
2. Is there a ways to reload Windows 98 without losing all the information on my hard drive?
