Hi:
I intalled a internal modem and the drivers in a PC with win ME and when I try to connect with the telefon company I recive a message: "cannot find the port". Everything is OK intalled but the "com 3" doesn´t appear to be in the modem´s way out.
Cheked all; the com 3 port is there, under the com 1 for external modem I suppose. How kan I get the com 3 or the modem to find eachother?
Thank.
Daniel

Many internal modems require you go into your bios Setup and disable at least one of your physical Com (serial) ports so that the resources (IRQ, I/O address) the physical Com port uses can be used by the internal modem instead.
