After downloading games I cannot install them. I get a message that it contains errors. Also cannot view Attachments that need to be saved to desktop from Emails. I am Using Netscape 7.0 and did not have any of these problems when I used Netscape 4.5. I have tried getting into "dowload manager" but cannot change anything in there. Can someone please Help?

Reinstall Netscape, if it doesnt work, try IE. If that doesnt work, Format your HD, if that doesnt work, its probably a OS problem or a Hardware probelm.

Follow Jesse's advice.

I'm not sure what Fred is smoking but he says "Format your HD, if that doesnt work, its probably a OS problem".

If you format the drive then you wouldn't have an OS.

Why bother going to another site when your already at the best support site on the web?

Downloading games? What games? Have you done an online virus scan?

You jump from not being able to install downloaded games to a browser problem. Please explain.

Did you have the same problem with games or mail clients while using the older browser? Did the new browser work fine until you attempted to install the game?
