initial Windows Password screen

OS: Windows ME
CPU/Ram: 933 mhz, 256 mb ram
Comment:

When ME boots up there is always a password screen, and I can push cancel. Is there anyway to get rid of that screen altogether? Thanks for any help.

Network Neighbourhood Properties change the Login from "Microsoft Network....." to "Family Login...."
