HOW DO I FIND OUT IF I HAVE A CD-ROM DRIVER.RECORDED SOME MUSIC FROM MY MUSIC CD'S AND NOW I AM TRYING TO GO BACK AND RECORD THE MISIC ON TO A BLANK CD.I DONT NO IF YOU CALL THIS BURNING CD'S.

You need a CD read/write device (the thing you put your CD into). That needs a driver.
You also need software to "burn" (or make) CDs, such as Nero (there are many others).
To attract the greatest amount of assistance on help boards don't post by writing with all capital letters as most people avoid responding to folks who post like that.
All captial letters on posts or e-mails is similar to "shouting" when speaking.
