When trying to access the control panel, I get the message Internet explorer script error. Permission denied. the URL it lists is file //c:\windows\web\controlp.htt. When I delete this file I am then able to access the control panel. When I delete the file, I can then access the control panel. I am assuming this is from an incomplete install of ME as when I look in the Internet properties under the Advanced tab there are only JAVA and Microsoft VM options listed here. I have tried re-installing ME several times and it seems to install fully, but I am always locked out of the control panel and am unable to connect to the internet as well as unable to perform other operations such as cut/paste/move files. Any suggestions?
