i seem to be having trouble running programs such as Dreamweaver etc .....imm32.dll error not found appears on boot up and when i try to run programs ...please help.....o/s windows Me

It should go through all of the CAB files and reextract those two files. At some point during the process you should see: Extracting file... After it is finished, pull out the bootdisk and boot into Windows.
