Image viewer in Windows ME is gone

I used to use a jpeg viewer that came with Windows ME. It allowed you to focus, change brightness and contrast and other editing features. Now all I have is the Image Preview and my thumbnails do not show up either. Even after choosing thumbnails in the view menu. Does anyone know the name of the viewer file so I can search for it?
