This is a 2000 year model. Windows os is enlarged on screen about 5 times norm. Can only move image about 1/4 around screen. (can't get to bottom of image) This started after system locked up and had to power it off. Tried adjusting magnifier, wasn't the problem. Everything else seems to operate fine. When it powers up sony iamge is normal. any idea how to fix?

Change your display settings..if you can't do that, then reinstall your video drivers
