What is the easiest fix for this?I have reloaded the os, uninstalled and reinstalled IE (2 diff versions), tried extracting the kernel32.dll file all to no avail. Any thoughts on the PCBugDoctor to fix it?

I keep getting all types of KERNEL32.DLL messages. Examles include: Iexplorer KERNEL32.DLL, Msimn KERNEL32.DLL, and Msimn KERNEL32.DLL I have read your responses, but I don't know how to extract and I do not have software with this PC since I bought it as a refurbished one. HELP!!!
